Halo Water Proofing is a OH-licensed Crawl Space Encapsulation company that treats every South Vienna job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Our South Vienna crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old South Vienna homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your South Vienna basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our South Vienna crews see.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your South Vienna foundation wall right now.
A South Vienna sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our South Vienna schedule.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two South Vienna basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some South Vienna properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp South Vienna crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for South Vienna property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.

No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every South Vienna quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every South Vienna horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat South Vienna customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most South Vienna customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every South Vienna contract we sign.
